        Guacamole With Roasted Tomatillos

 Ingredients:
12 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
2 Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions, chopped
3/4c cilantro, chopped
1 serrano chile, minced, more to taste
3T lime juice
4 avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped
s/p to taste

Preparation: Broil tomatillos approx. 8 minutes per side or until tender. In large bowl, combine onion, cilantro chiles and lime juice. Add tomatillos; with fork mash coarsely. Add avocados and mash. Garnish with raw diced sweet onion and chopped cilantro.
