Asian Cabbage Slaw
Description: Terra Sweet Onions, cabbage, cucumber and mandarin oranges offer a colorful and flavorful complement to spicy grilled meats and fish.
Ingredients:
1# Bag Cabbage, Shredded
2 Sweet Onion, Sliced
1 Cucumber, Sliced
1/2 Cup Mint
1/2 Cup Cilantro
3 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Soy Sauce
1 t Sugar
8oz. Mandarin Oranges, Drained
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Preparation: In bowl mix the vinegar, soy and sugar; add the vegetables, herbs and toss. Add salt/pepper and top with drained mandarin oranges
