        SOUTHWEST SLAW

 Ingredients:
1 Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onion, diced
1# shredded cabbage
1 cucumber, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 tomato, diced
1c ranch dressing
2T Tabasco chipotle hot sauce, more to taste, juice of 1 lime
1/2c cilantro
1/2c yellow corn
1/2c black beans

Preparation: In bowl combine all ingredients and toss.
