        Sweet Onion And Beet Salad

 Description: Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions and roasted beets with dill are a delightful light salad that's unexpected.   

 Ingredients:
6 Red Beets, Roasted (Canned Beets Will Work)
2 Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions, Sliced
1/2 Cup Fresh Dill, Chopped
3T Red Wine Vinegar
2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation: Roast beets and cool then slice. Combine all ingredients and gently toss. Yield: 6 servings
