Southwest Sweet Onion and Chicken Wrap
Description: Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions and the flavor of mesquite, chicken, smokey bacon, and pepper jack cheese is a cowboy's delight.
Ingredients:
4 10" Tortilla Wraps
3 Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions
8 Slices bacon
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded and Chopped
3 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1 Tomato, Diced
2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, 4-6 Ounces Each

Preparation: Grill chicken and onions brushed with olive oil, salt and pepper over mesquite wood coals.
Assembly: In softened tortilla place chopped chicken and onion, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and pepper jack cheese. Roll burrito style, cut in half, pick and serve with a spicy bar-b-que sauce.
