Sweetie Pie

Ingredients:
1 Pizza Crust
2 Cups Pizza Sauce
1 Terra Sweet Onion, Sliced
1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
1 Cup Fresh Basil
1 T Oregano, Dried
1 Tomato, Sliced
1 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
1 Cup Black Olives
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to Taste as Garnish
1-2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Drizzle as Garnish
1 Cup Italian Vinaigrette

Preparation: For Salad; In a bowl combine all ingredients and toss with vinaigrette. Note; marinade artichoke hearts in 1/3 cup of vinaigrette dressing for 1 hour.
Preparation: On crust spread pizza sauce, add sautéed sweet onions, basil, spinach, tomato and oregano. Bake at 400 degrees until crust is crisp. Remove from oven and top with black olives, cheese, black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
