Trojan Bleu Burger
Description: Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions piled sky high on our succulent sirloin burger topped with bleu cheese.
Ingredients:
16 oz. Ground Sirloin
1 Sweet Onion, Sliced
4 T Bleu Cheese
Salt/Pepper to Taste
4 Buns, Toasted

Preparation: Grill burger to desired doneness; sauté sweet onions until lightly caramelized; toast bun. Assemble burger on toasted bun with as much sweet onion as possible and add cheese. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and your favorite condiments.
