        Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap

 Description: Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions, cucumber, carrots, bell pepper and pears with fresh rosemary and cracked black pepper dipping sauce.  

 Ingredients:
4 Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves, Large
2 Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions
2 Cups Carrot, Shredded
2 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded and Sliced
2 Pears, Peeled, Seeded, Sliced
1/2 Cup Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt/Pepper to Taste
8 oz, Cracked Black Pepper Dressing

Preparation: In a bowl combine all vegetables and fruit, except lettuce, and toss with parsley, rosemary and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in lettuce leaf and roll. Serve with cracked black pepper dressing.
