        Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Wrap

 Description: Light and refreshing flavors complement the sweetness of our Keystone “Certified Sweet®” Onions in this Asian delight.  

 Ingredients:
6-12" Rice Paper
2 Cups Bean Sprouts
1# 26/30 ct. Steamed Shrimp, Chopped
1/2 Cup Mint
1/2 Cup Basil
1/2 Cup Cucumber, Sliced
1/2 Cup Carrots
1 Terra Sweet Onion, Sliced

Preparation: Dip rice paper in hot water and remove to towel for 30 seconds. In a bowl combine all other ingredients and mix. To assemble place mixture at bottom of paper, fold over, then fold left side, then the right and roll like a burrito. Serve with your favorite oriental dipping sauce.
