        Asparagus Bruschetta

 Ingredients:
1 lbs. White Asparagus, peeled
6 Strips Bacon
1 Red Bell Pepper, large dice
½ Sweet Onion, large dice
1 Clove Garlic
1/4C Orange Marmalade
2oz. Bleu Cheese, crumbled
1 Baguette, sliced and toasted

Preparation: Steam, grill or roast asparagus to fork tender; cool. Cook bacon to crisp, cool and crumble. In food processor combine red bell pepper, sweet onion, garlic, marmalade and asparagus; pulse to desired consistency. Remove to bowl and stir in bleu cheese. Spread mixture on baguette and top with crumbled bacon.
