        Asparagus With Proscuitto Ham

 Ingredients:
1 lbs. Asparagus Green or White(peel if white)
3 Plum Tomatoes, quartered
1 Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
6 Slices Proscuitto Ham, diced
1/4C Vinaigrette
1T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2T Romano Cheese, grated

Preparation: Steam asparagus until tender; cool to room temperature. Saute ham to crisp and remove to towel to drain. On platter arrange vegetables, drizzle with vinaigrette and top with cheese and ham.
