        Grilled White Asparagus

 Ingredients:
1 lbs. White Asparagus, peeled
2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
S/P, to taste
Juice of Half Lemon

Preparation: Marinade asparagus in oil, garlic, salt and pepper 15-30 minutes. Grill over medium heat 2-3 minutes, flip and grill 2-3 minutes more or until desired doneness. Remove to platter, drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
