CHEESE AND PEPPER PASTA

ingredients

5-6oz. Long Pasta
3T Butter
1T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1C Sharp Provolone or Romano Cheese, grated
S/P, to taste
**Optional garnish of raw finely minced tomato and sweet onion

instructions

Cook pasta and toss with oil and butter. Add cheese and fresh cracked black pepper. Remove to platter and top with garnish.
