Ingredients
- 4 Hot Dogs, cook as desired
- 4 Long Rolls
- 3T Pepper Jelly
- 3T Cream Cheese
- 1 Sweet Onion, diced
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers, diced
- Yellow Mustard
Instructions
In bowl, combine cream cheese and pepper jelly. Slather on roll, add hot dog then top with onion, peppers and mustard.
Lemon-ginger detox drink

- 12oz. Water
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- 1/2" Knob of Fresh Garlic
Instructions
In glass, combine all ingredients. Great drink to increase metabolism and reduce fat.
FRITTATA

Ingredients
- 3T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Sweet Onion, diced
- 1 Poblano Pepper, diced
- 1/C Broccoli, chopped
- Sausage, cooked and diced
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2C Milk
- 1/4C Romano Cheese, grated
- S/P, to taste
Instructions
In skillet cook onion and pepper; remove from heat and add sausage. To cast iron skillet add beaten eggs and cook 6 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients and cook in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve.
